Welcome to the 2021-22 school year! We once again find ourselves in a time of turmoil, but literature can and should be a way to make sense of it all. Currently, 7th grade students are reading Stargirl by Jerry Spinelli and 8th grade students are reading The Giver by Lois Lowry. Upon completion of these novels, students will move on to reading shorter works as well as improving their writing skills.
