Megan Floyd - Assistant Principal
It is my pleasure to serve as the assistant principal of Noel C. Taylor Learning Academy. I have been in education since 2003, starting as a high school English teacher. After receiving a masters in Curriculum and Instruction, as well as Administration and Supervision, I had the opportunity to serve as Teacher on Assignment at Patrick Henry High School, and then Assistant Principal for Coulter Hall at William Fleming High School.
My experiences teaching at the middle and high school levels, as well as being an administrator at both high schools here in Roanoke City have provided me with amazing experiences that led me to Noel C. Taylor.
The students, the staff, and the community have been nothing short of wonderful and I look forward to continuing our efforts in making Noel C. Taylor a place where students receive that second chance.
