David Baylor - Director
I am very humbled and honored to introduce myself as the new Director at Noel C. Taylor. I can assure you that I share this schools community dedication to caring for our students everyday while providing them with a meaningful learning environment.
I was born and raised in Roanoke. I have degrees from Hampton University, Radford University, Virginia Tech and Hollins College. I have taught in every level of education. I have been working with Roanoke City Public Schools for 30+ years. 20 of those years are are spent of me being an Educator. I have been teaching in Alternative Education for the last 18 years.
I look forward to serving you all and help you rise above all our challenges of the past. In the wise words of Maya Angelou, "still I rise."
