Accelerated Program

The Accelerated Program at Noel C. Taylor Learning Academy is designed to help high school students get back on track academically by providing opportunities for credit recovery and focused learning. In a supportive and structured environment, students work at an individualized pace to regain lost credits, strengthen core skills, and rebuild academic confidence. The program encourages perseverance and personal growth, helping students overcome past challenges and move forward with a renewed sense of purpose. With dedicated staff and tailored instruction, students are empowered to meet graduation requirements and prepare for life beyond high school.

High School Program

The high school program at Noel C. Taylor Learning Academy is built to empower students with the academic, social, and life skills needed for graduation and beyond. Designed for learners who thrive in a non-traditional setting, the program offers a personalized approach that emphasizes credit recovery, goal-setting, and post-secondary readiness. Students engage in rigorous coursework aligned with state standards while receiving targeted support from caring educators and staff. The program fosters resilience, responsibility, and self-advocacy—preparing students not only to earn their diploma, but to pursue college, career, or vocational pathways with confidence. Through strong partnerships with families and the community, the academy helps students reconnect with their potential and take meaningful steps toward a successful future.

Individual Student Alternative Education Plan (ISAEP) or GED Program

The Individual Student Alternative Education Plan (ISAEP) and GED program provides a pathway for students who are unlikely to complete traditional high school requirements but are committed to earning a high school equivalency credential. This program combines academic instruction with career readiness training, life skills development, and workforce preparation. Students work at their own pace with guidance from experienced educators, focusing on passing the GED exam while building a foundation for post-secondary success. The ISAEP/GED program empowers students to take control of their education and future, offering a meaningful alternative to the traditional diploma route.

 Middle School Program

The middle school program at Noel C. Taylor Learning Academy is designed to provide a safe, structured, and student-centered learning environment that supports academic achievement and personal growth. Through small class sizes and individualized instruction, students receive the attention they need to build foundational skills, improve behavior, and develop confidence in their abilities. The program emphasizes collaboration among educators, families, and support staff to ensure each student’s success. Whether preparing for a return to a traditional school setting or transitioning to high school, students are equipped with the tools and mindset needed to thrive. The academy serves as a bridge—helping students reconnect with learning and re-engage with their future.
